AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After another less then perfect day we first enjoyed this homemade pizza then Marshal and I  took our evening walk with camera in hand and came up with some interesting photos. We went off the beaten path and through the woods and this is what we saw. These are taken for their beauty (to me) and interesting texture and just because. It was a fine ending to an other wise crappy day...
Marshal tracks

Is anyone familiar with what 'animal' made these tracks in above photo? Have you seen any in your neighborhood? Perhaps we could capture them and do a study to see why they are such slobs.

  1. Beautiful pictures. Found art everywhere. I was about to say I liked the bottles best of all for the composition and everything around and over. My guess would be a homeless guy who somehow came upon enough money for this much whatever it is, just enough to keep his worries off his mind for a few minutes, found a good spot where he won't be seen for a time out, and went on from there in peace. He can't carry a trashbag and has a very different aesthetic sense than you and I do. He lives in a world of trash. One spot is as much a trashbin as another. I'm not being sarcastic. This came to mind as one of many possibilities in response to the question who and why. They're overpopulation. They are the ones that don't figure. Mental illness in a society that does not care.
