MAJOR SCREW-UP

I am so busy with family stuff I don't have time to write a real blog but wanted to post the furniture I bought on my walk yesterday. This is for my lanai and needs new cushions but I will get to that later on. All that matters  is that it is real rattan and I love it...

Today we left for my daughter's in Jacksonville to get the appetizers up there, have a nice visit and spend the night. Tomorrow is the wedding and we have a tight schedule my daughter made out so everything got done... Well, I promptly screwed that up. We had just gotten here after a long 120 miles of driving and I was going to mention the roses my grand daughter and I made for the vases and all of a sudden I gasped very loudly. Loud enough for everyone to turn and ask what was wrong. What was wrong was I had forgotten to load the flowers I made into the car and we drove all the way here without them.

 The worst thing is my daughter Cassie ask me if we put them in the living room so we don't forget them and I said no...I won't forget them...I FORGOT THEM! So Bob and I drove all the way back to ur house, 120m miles one way, to pick them up...I was so angry with myself but finally decided it was not such a bad thing  It was a long drive but it gave my two daughters a chance to catch up on a year of visiting and gave me a break and some down time.   

Now I am going to close this off for now and tomorrow will write about the fun time we had divvying up my jewelery between the two of them. It was very special.
